Psalm 69 O God
sometimes it is
so hard to see you
so hard to show you to people
looking for your presence
in their lives
in their afflictions
in their disappointments
in their crises
help me see
through the lens of faith
and take the leap of trust
that you are here with me
and with all whom I serve.

so timely for me too.
I and my church can use prayer--we are in the midst of two big things right now: a visioning process AND a worship-schedule revamp that includes adding an alternative service back into our Sunday morning schedule. Emotions are hight on this point, answers are few and all bad. We staff all feel like we are banging our heads against a wall every day on this subject, while the congregation waits for us to unveil the perfect answer that will make every constituency in the church happy.

I am going through a huge paradigm shift with God and it's marvellous. Please continue to pray that I'll hear and recognise His voice and step out in obedience.
