carried

Dear Lord Jesus

Thank you that You walk with us at all times, and carry us when we need it.

Help us to learn to give our burdens to You, and accept the rest that is offered by You alone.

Amen

SB I thought I had another pic - but it turned out not to be as good. This image has been speaking to me all week!

May we all learn to give our pain and burdens to You as a love offering because we know that is why You are, o'Savior and God. Amen.

Husband and I need Jesus to carry us through the Praise and Worship music tomorrow as we lead it. We covet your prayers. After church we have to talk to other praise band members who are not carrying their weight about if they still want to be in ministry. It is going to be a difficult conversation. We will need grace, they will need grace... We will all need to be carried in the arms of Love. Thank you.

hi...
I found out Friday that I might have suspect cysts on my ovaries. Both of them. No one will say "what" that means, other than a re-scan in a months.

Do I need to tell you that I am scared silly??? Because it is about 50/50 that it is cancer...

I managed to get to my doc and have bloodwork drawn before they closed yesterday. They are doing markers - even though they can be (a) wrong and (b) misleading that all is well...

Tomorrow I head down to school for a week-long intensive... I need the space to think and pray. Traveling with my best friend, which is always wonderful and a gift in itself...

sigh...

Pray I do not get creatively anxious... but rest and trust...

thanks...
d

Prayers for you, Deb. If you feel concerned about the length of time until the further testing, ask for what you need.
smkyqtzxtl, you have my prayers as well.

Deb and smkyqtztl; prayers going up for both of you.

Many thanks to you all for your prayers for me last week and this week as I prepared to preach a difficult sermon. I had to speak some truths that people do not want to hear, or don't want to think apply to them. I knew it was time, and I needed to speak those truths as much as they needed to be said--but it was still nerve-wracking. I felt your prayers lifting me as I preached.

Many many thanks, sisters.

Now to crash from release of tension...

Great picture and prayer. I sure could stand some carrying these days.

prayers for all these requests and others.

We all need to be carried by God - but it's hard to let Him do it sometimes. I struggle on until I can't cope at all :(

I'm struggling in my local congregation right now ... prayers appreciated that I could hear and see God.

Thanks
