Tuesday Prayer

Breathing in,
I breathe in Your Love...
Breathing out,
I release the tension in my heart.
Breathing in,
I breathe in Your Love...
Breathing out,
I release my worry.
Breathing in,
I breathe in Your Love...

I hold that breath,
and let Your Love
fill my bones and muscles and belly and toes.

Breathing out,
I remember Whose I am.

Breathing in,
I breathe in Your Love...
Breathing out,
I release Your Love
to the universe.
