Six Words of Prayers and Silence

At BE 6, Rachel Hackenberg had us write stories, sermons, and thoughts in six words.  No more, no less.  I found this exercise to be incredibly efficient and interesting, so much so I am starting to think in blocks of six words.

So, today, a few six  word prayers....

Absent
Present Mystery,
I need you.

What richness!
What desert!
Confused.
Help.

For street sounds
And purring...
Thanks.

Hold them.
Guide them.
Love them.
