Thursday Prayer


1. Become aware that you are upset

2. Locate where this feeling is in your body and sink into it

3. Say to the Spirit:

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome

I let go of my desire for security

I let go of my desire for affection

I let go of my desire for control

I let go of my desire to change the

present situation

I accept the situation exactly as it is.

Prayed this after my morning reflection time with Pray-As-You-Go. Thanks... I am resting in "true hope" not controlling, not manipulating... resting.
