His Eye is on the Sparrow

Why should I feel discouraged, why should the shadows come,
Why should my heart be lonely, and long for heaven and home,
When Jesus is my portion? My constant friend is He:
His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me;
His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me.

I sing because I’m happy,
I sing because I’m free,
For His eye is on the sparrow,
And I know He watches me.

Please be in prayer for my 14 year old -- Kate. She's had a breast lump for a month and we thought it was a cyst. We went to the OB to have it aspirated -- and it's not a cyst. It's probably a fibroadnoma, which is rapidly growing and inflamed. She is going to have to have surgery to have removed. She (and I) have quite a bit of anxiety about this and I do covet your prayer.

Oh, my goodness. How scary, RM. I'll definitely be praying for you both (all).
